April 18, 2011
Bright and colorful...that's my girls!

April 19, 2011
City workers have been in our yard for a week...making noise, making a mess, and hopefully fixing something that needs fixing. Sheesh.

April 20, 2011
The last time tying up these shoe laces. BB needed new running shoes. But no worries...she chose another pair with long laces that needed tying!

April 21, 2011
Two big waterslides and pools galore make for a fun night at a hotel on our way to Calgary. Sore muscles from climbing all of those stairs, but big smiles from a fun, fun night!

April 22, 2011
A huge birthday bash for several members of the family was held at the church - we are getting to be a large bunch! Jeff was surprised with a plane ticket to England to meet relatives he only recently discovered exist! A once in a lifetime gift!

April 23, 2011
A very special day! Logan was baptized, surrounded by family and  friends who love and support him. We were thrilled to be there.

April 24, 2011
Easter Sunday wouldn't be complete without some bunnies! Aunt Erin bought some adorable bunny teeth for the girls. We enjoyed a lovely walk in the gorgeous weather and some great company.

April 25, 2011
We were sad to say goodbye to a too-short visit with the people we love. We felt so deeply our love for our family in Alberta as well as the sense of loss as we drove away. We have been away for over 3 years now and we are starting to really feel the distance.

April 26, 2011
It's definitely NOT the last straw!

April 27, 2011
Guinea Pig Cuteness!

April 28, 2011
A long-overdue playdate with Anna! As an only girl, she must have been in pink, Barbie, pony, dollhouse HEAVEN! Our girls had a blast with her.

April 29, 2011
No more snow, no more workers, no more noise...time to get out in the yard and clean up! The best part? We did it as a team :)

April 30, 2011
Spent some time editing pics from a gorgeous temple wedding, while listening to the crazy, howling wind outside...thinking to myself, "I'm so glad the wedding was YESTERDAY!"

April 17, 2011

Another day with some snow...but we still managed to stay above zero! This will be gone before we know it...and our tulips are happy to hear it!

April 16, 2011

We loved waking up to a winter wonderland, knowing that it would all melt in a couple of days. We live in a beautiful country!

April 15, 2011

Painting flower pots in Pre-Kindergarten is serious business, folks. It takes immense concentration. Let's let JJ get back to creating.

April 14, 2011

It warms my heart to see the girls enjoying some quiet play time together. Too bad they always play nicest RIGHT when it's time for bed!

April 13, 2011

We are so fortunate to have incredible Primary teachers and leaders in our ward. We enjoyed a Recognition night for Achievement Days where each girl was able to share a talent or activity they enjoy, then their leader gave each of them a beautiful necklace with "CTR" and a "Star" to go along with their "Shining Stars" theme. An amazing night.

April 12, 2011

We broke out the bikes and the girls were stoked! They loved zooming through the immense puddles all over the neighborhood. And who wouldn't?

April 11, 2011

Our little guinea pigs finally enjoyed some time on the lawn outside! I'm not sure they knew what was going on, but eventually they caught on. I hope they enjoy it while it lasts!

April 9, 2011

Several malls around the city have been showcasing these amazing displays made from cans of food in support of the Food Bank. We loved this one of a tornado destroying a building. Cool!

April 8, 2011

B was learning about Louis Riel in school so we brought her to the place where he was found guilty of treason and executed. We feel that he was a hero, but it's been debated for generations. It's interesting to live in a spot where such history was made~!

April 7, 2011

Happiness is jar after jar of candy in colorful wrappings, just waiting to be tasted! We always love visiting the local unique candy store!

April 6, 2011

Parent/Teacher Conferences have been a positive experience each and every time, and for each and every child. What impresses me most is how each of my daughters were praised for being excellent workers and good examples to the other children in their classrooms. Way to go, girls!

April 5, 2011

TJ warmed our hearts when she sat for over an hour helping her little sister with her home reading...all of her own volition! We must be doing something right :)

April 4, 2011

BB lost her first baby tooth on April 1, but needed a second one pulled at the dentist because she had her adult teeth growing in behind. She was a total trooper through it all. Great job, BB!

April 3, 2011

The girls enjoyed working on their General Conference booklets while Lyndon and I watched online. It was a wonderful Conference, as they all are. I enjoyed hearing the announcement of a temple to be built in Winnipeg! Exciting news!

April 2, 2011

TJ celebrated her 11th birthday with her besties, some rainbow cupcakes, and lots of laughs!

April 1, 2011

What better way to start off April Fool's Day than with green eggs and ham?
