Bright and colorful...that's my girls!

April 19, 2011
City workers have been in our yard for a week...making noise, making a mess, and hopefully fixing something that needs fixing. Sheesh.

The last time tying up these shoe laces. BB needed new running shoes. But no worries...she chose another pair with long laces that needed tying!

Two big waterslides and pools galore make for a fun night at a hotel on our way to Calgary. Sore muscles from climbing all of those stairs, but big smiles from a fun, fun night!

A huge birthday bash for several members of the family was held at the church - we are getting to be a large bunch! Jeff was surprised with a plane ticket to England to meet relatives he only recently discovered exist! A once in a lifetime gift!

A very special day! Logan was baptized, surrounded by family and  friends who love and support him. We were thrilled to be there.

Easter Sunday wouldn't be complete without some bunnies! Aunt Erin bought some adorable bunny teeth for the girls. We enjoyed a lovely walk in the gorgeous weather and some great company.

We were sad to say goodbye to a too-short visit with the people we love. We felt so deeply our love for our family in Alberta as well as the sense of loss as we drove away. We have been away for over 3 years now and we are starting to really feel the distance.

A long-overdue playdate with Anna! As an only girl, she must have been in pink, Barbie, pony, dollhouse HEAVEN! Our girls had a blast with her.

April 29, 2011
No more snow, no more workers, no more noise...time to get out in the yard and clean up! The best part? We did it as a team :)

April 30, 2011
Spent some time editing pics from a gorgeous temple wedding, while listening to the crazy, howling wind outside...thinking to myself, "I'm so glad the wedding was YESTERDAY!"
